“So far everything is going great. Very friendly and knowledgeable check in clerk. My only negative experience is NOT with the hotel but rather Expedia. I booked my stay because it clearly stated that the room had a Jacuzzi tub. When I entered my room, there was not jacuzzi or even a jetted tub. I went to the reception desk and was told they DO NOT have ANY rooms with a jetted tub or Jacuzzi. The pictures online clearly aren't for this hotel or ANY hotel in this area. According to the desk clerk,……

“The drain in the shower didn’t drain right in room 20 and we didn’t have back up toilet paper and ran out of towels also when u ran the ac it made the room dry! And this was our second time staying here!”

“The room was a good size. Very nice bed. Big TV and Dish network. Was clean. The area itself was very quiet. Days Inn is old. Baymont bought Days Inn. Looked like they are intending to repaint the halls and replace the carpet. ”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and had king pillows for the king bed, instead of bunch of little standard pillows which we don't like so the king pillows were a plus. Check out was at 11 which is nice later than most hotels which helped because there was a winter storm and that late check out helped us wait for roads to get plowed. ”
