「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In...

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「Clean room, warm breakfast and friendly staff. $10 uber ride to campus.」

「房間乾淨，浴室乾濕分離但洗澡後地板都是水」

「It was fairly inexpensive; hotels/motels in Oxford hard to gets rooms based on campus activities and rates are jacked up when there are large events going on. The room layout was good but there is definite lack of maintenance. The window blind was broken so light and privacy was an issue. The window unit for heat and ac was so loud that we had it turned off during the night. Location was convenient. I would not stay there again.」

「The property was very clean and comfortable. Proximity to everything I needed in Oxford was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.」

「The Employees are so nice and considerate for resident demand, and the hotel provide evening snacks and drinks~happy hours.」

「The hotel location is excellent. Walkable to Fountain Square area and close to the wonderful Findlay Market!」

「前台服務人員親切有禮，設想周到」

He also failed to put my car into park before he got out so it started drifting away. When people on the sidewalk (including me) started yelling, he jumped back in and managed to put it in park, still blocking the street but at...
