“Since this hotel is my middle point drive from Brisbane to Sydney, so we check in very late, after 9pm. Hotel sent me the message teach me how to take key and parking car before I tell them I will come late. That is thoughtful. I felt sick in next morning, that is the check out time at 10am. I called the staff immediately. The staff is very nice allow us to late check out at 11:30am. Thanks for their help. ”

A balcony went across both apartments. Indoor pool, sauna and spa. We didnt use the BBQ facility.”

“The staff!!! Absolutely amazing. I had booked the wrong night on a non-refundable price, I called them, there was no problem switching it but they would have a higher room charge (consistent with best prices online). We arrived and they said they wouldn't charge the extra as they dropped the price for the night. They did not have to do that so you know they are genuine good guys.
A gentleman who was working there (maybe the guy who co-owns it?) also offered to help me with our luggage back out……
