We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The house was clean and spacious. We would stay there again if we're ever in the area.

The sand is just out the back door with a short walk to the water, was by far the best beach vacation we have ever had. Location was easy to find with stores and restaurants close by. The house itself was well stock with all kitchen supplies, towels, beach toys and much more. Rental management was very responsive with all questions and concerns. Will be back for sure.

Beautiful Beachfront Getaway

This home had everything we were looking for. Beachfront access, beautiful views, and well stocked with all the amenities you need. I had trouble getting a large bottle of water open and I wondered if there would possibly be a nutcracker in the kitchen drawer. I opened it and I found two. I mean it when I say everything we needed was there. We hope to return again soon.

Everyone loved it and we want to make it a tradition. The house was beautiful. The only complaint I would give is that it only had a small bbq. It definitely needs a full sized one for a big house that that. I would recommend it to family and friends.

Never visiting this area of the coast, we were so impressed with the beach & the perfect weather. Kristina is so friendly, professional & seemed very excitied to make sure our stay was perfect. Other than missing some bed linens(which was corrected immediately), & one fold-out couch that was not comfortable for an adult couple, we were very impressed. All our guests are still raving about the beautiful beach house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a fantastic week at this beautiful house! The house is spacious and clean with a stunning ocean view. It is located in the center of Silverstrand Beach with limited public access, so this part of the beach was not crowded, even in prime beach season. There are fully contained living spaces both upstairs and downstairs (two kitchens), which makes this an ideal location for families with teenagers, or even for two families to share. There is plenty to do at the beach, or just sit on the balcony and absorb the amazing beauty of the ocean!

We Love Silver Strand!

This beach front property has a great porch to view the beautiful Silver Strand. Dolphins gave us a great show. Most of the beds were comfy, but the furniture needs a good cleaning. This property is in need of some tender loving care and a deep clean. Grab Bars in the showers would be helpful. We felt that the rental cost was a bit over priced for the quality of the rental, compared to other properties where we have stayed on Silver Strand. The $499 to Remax that was not applied to the rental cost was not value added .All the bikes and toys were locked up, other places we have stayed offer the toys to the renters. We will probably not stay here again.

Chill Time

Great place to spend a long weekend with a great family group of four adults and two children. House had a homey feel to it, and comfy, but a few fixes and upgrades are dearly needed. Having stayed here for the first time , and knowing about the place a little, I would stay there again. Does have that at home feel to it for sure.

Lovely cozy home on the beach

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this cozy home. There were all of the amenities needed for a family vacation on the beach. Silver Strand is a wonderful not crowded beach with a great expansive beach. The home had lots of parking and all of the toys/furniture needed for kids to play with at the beach. We look forward to coming back in the future!
