We not only enjoyed our stay, but got to meet one of the neighbors! They were an absolute pleasure as well as was this home. The steam room in the master bathroom was wonderful, while the kitchen space was wide open!

Fantastic Stay

My husband and I try to rent a beach house 1-2x a year. We’re very familiar with the Oxnard area and have rented many houses along the beach. We always take our dogs and enjoy the overall tranquility that the beach brings us. This house has to be one of the best stays we’ve had. The house is clean, well equipped, and has extra amenities you can’t easily find at other properties along the beach (I.e. multiple dogs OK, steam shower, jacuzzi tub, top floor outdoor eating area.) My husband and I both agree, it was one of the better properties we have stayed at. While we didn’t come with our extended family, we thought about how the “main” living area floor was missing a TV- we ended up enjoying personal time with each other more than we thought, though I can see this being a problem for families who may consider staying at this beautiful house. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect location directly on the beach! We were very comfortable the entire weekend and didn’t want to leave . Best thing were the full panoramic views and rooftop deck. We will definitely return!

Super excited to find this gem last minute. My family was looking for a relaxing place to spend July 4 where we would be walking distance to viewing the fireworks in the harbor. Location is great, the beach is clean, the weather was amazing, and the house was super fun. So glad we found this and will definitely be coming back

The property was outstanding. Enjoyed all the balconies and rooftop deck. Views from the main level windows were gorgeous. Enjoyed the steam shower and sauna in the primary suite. The Rose Chateau Vacation Beach house was beautiful and everything we needed was included. Even bottled water and towels nicely set up at each bed. Lights and music were on welcoming us when we arrived. Great hosts Lisa and Morgan!

Wonderful stay

This is the 3rd time seven rented a beach house in this area, and by far, this was the best house and the best hosts. Firstly, the house is very beautiful and the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Lisa and Morgan thought of every need and provided it.Our stay was so great, we decided to add an additional day.We will definitely rent this home again.I highly recommend this lovely home.

This property is so beautiful. Windows everywhere, spectacular views, an incredible kitchen, an amazing shower in the master and we ALL couldn’t believe how comfortable the mattresses were. The hosts were so communicative the entire time. And I have to say, while I never mind having to strip beds or start laundry when I leave a rental - these considerate hosts don’t ask you to do any of that when you leave. I almost felt guilty! I highly recommend a stay at this incredible house. Breakfast, coffee, happy hour, sports bars…all within walking distance. We can’t wait to go back.
