“This is a great house for a family or a group of adults. Four of the bedrooms have king-size beds and easy access to bathrooms. We loved it for our family because there was a room that had four twin beds and a pullout couch for the kids.It was clean and ready for us. So many fun toys, ping pong, basketball game, and places to spread out. The kitchen is amazing, as well as the sitting room adjacent to it and the dining room. “Very nice VRBO in Oak View. (West end of Ojai. Only a 15-minute drive to downtown Ojai). VERY nicely decorated with loads of cushy outdoor lounge chairs and sofas. And several water features. Also a sauna, hot tub and pool! Surfounded by lots of oak trees. And a short drive to Lake Casitas via back streets. Also 2 very friendly donkeys that love to be fed treats! “This is a shared unit with others living on the property, this includes other vehicles. The beds are NOT queen size which inconvenienced us tremendously. The mugs provided burned me after using the microwave safe mug. While I know extras are complementary, they are extremely helpful like something as simple as napkins and maybe a couple waters. Getting to the property includes an unfinished dirt road with massive pot holes, thankfully we have a vehicle equipped for that but if you’re driving a……

From the complimentary local tea, organic creamers in fridge and spice collection to the heated patio, comfortable beds, and spacious set up!!!! We were 4 adult women concerned the space would be too small for us but it was the contrary. Square footage was small but the high ceilings, open air concept and furniture layout felt much……

“This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.”
