「My daughter, her friend and I all stayed here and loved it! It’s safe and clean. Great restaurants nearby plus Trader Joe’s and sprouts for groceries. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「I came to California for a long weekend to visit my new granddaughter. I wanted a location that was close to my sons's house. My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The host had excellent communication with us. Everything worked out perfectly.」

「I arrived at the property and there was noone there. Mind you I had paid 110 for a Lyft to get there. I had to find other arrangements in Castaic which cost me more money. I finally got my money back. Please dont book this property. 」

「I started looking at places for my boyfriend and I to stay at in November with our two dogs. Luckily I was able to find this place. On this property there are 2 other houses on the property. Even though there were 2 other houses, we were given a lot of privacy.」

「This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay. 「Spent 4 nights here to focus on setting new goals for our business. The sound of the waves was relaxing. Our dog Max loved his short walks on the beach. 」

「The location of this beautiful Penthouse property was ideal for our stay in Studio City. Directions were very helpful and I appreciated the immediate contact from James and facetime greeting. Flowers and wine were an extra nice touch as a welcome . This home had every ammentity possible. 「Overall we enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a negative was there were no pulls on the bathroom drawers and cabinets. Super annoying to get the drawers open. There was also no fan or wasn’t working in the tiny shower/toilet area. And the screen door off the bedroom needs replacing. $2,000 for 3 nights is a lot for my family so we expected little things like that to be better. Overall though the condo had a great view, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temps, and the building was very quiet....

「It was okay. The unit needs apple TLC for sure. Parking was Ok and the laundry facilities was just outside the door. The bed was comfortable. Few plates and few silverware. 」
