"The hotel has shuttle bus service to west Shinjuku, which is good as you can save the 13 minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants around. If you are tired of the Japanese food, you can try the Sizzler, or Denny's with a bit of Japanese flavor with in 5 minutes walk. As for the hotel service, it doesn't have the courtesy of a Japanese hotel to welcome you upon check in. It is cold if not blunt to me. Otherwise, house keeping is great."
