"Clean room but no non dairy creamers for the free coffee"

"This is the cleanest hotel that I have been in staff make sure that they place is clean all day from 5am until when ever they leave is clean they are very well attempted to Customer. Guess they answer all concerns. I put this hotel due to a birthday party that’s coming up in May for my cousin. I highly recommend this anyone I come across as Family."

"Extremely disappointing stay. I found bugs in my room, some even ended up in my hair, which was unacceptable and honestly disturbing. I reported it immediately and was moved to another room, but the damage to the experience was already done. The hotel offered a cocktail voucher, which felt completely inadequate given the situation. I was also told I would be reimbursed, but then they backtracked, saying they couldn’t because I booked through a third party. At the end of the day, a serious issue like this shouldn’t be brushed off with a drink. I expect a full refund for such an unpleasant and unacceptable experience."

"I loved stay over and I would definitely do it again when I am in the area. The breakfast was fresh and authentic. The staff were supportive and friendly. The room was enough for me and I was content. The location of the restaurant in house was a plus for me. Thank you for your hospitality."
