"Extremely disappointing stay. I found bugs in my room, some even ended up in my hair, which was unacceptable and honestly disturbing. I reported it immediately and was moved to another room, but the damage to the experience was already done.
The hotel offered a cocktail voucher, which felt completely inadequate given the situation. I was also told I would be reimbursed, but then they backtracked, saying they couldn’t because I booked through a third party.
At the end of the day, a serious issue like this shouldn’t be brushed off with a drink. I expect a full refund for such an unpleasant and unacceptable experience."
