"The stay at Princess was beautiful for a peaceful and quiet time. The office staff was also very attentive and made sure our stay was good. We loved that breakfast was delivered to the room. The staff was great except for when we checked out and asked for assistance with our bags because there was no elevators for that side of our room. There was an employee that they referred to as Gabriel and he was absolutely horrible when helping us with our bags and driving to the office for us to check out. He drove like a maniac and did not give us a chance to tell him our driver was in the parking lot and had an attitude when we verified with our check out attendant. He didn’t speak, just grabbed our bags and threw them in the car. We also had a minor incident with him the day before when we asked about a market to find a toothbrush because my guest forgot hers. He pointed and said it’s “over there” and then walked away. This turned our energy all the way off. HOWEVER, it is also far from everything and no options for a local market or food if you arrive at a certain time. It is walkable only if you can trek up and down a rocky hill so a taxi or car rental would be helpful. It was also hard for us to get a taxi during the day to go elsewhere but I got a contact (raymond) from my friend and he made accommodation so we can enjoy a day at the beach. But he mentioned most taxi won’t drive there. So if you want a quiet stay and do not plan to go elsewhere, then this is the space for you!"

"It was amazing!! Sharon, shakria (hopefully I spelled her name right) she works at the front desk, Janell, Rosa Marie, they were ALL amazing! So many other staff that I Cs my remember their name. I went around June 15. The customer service amazing!! I loved it!! Thank you to everyone!!!"

"The beach was nice and spacious. There was enough room to not feel crowded. Plenty of beach chairs and towels available. The water was amazingly beautiful. The hotel room was nice and clean. The staff was top tier. Everyone from the front desk to the shuttle drivers were always nice and friendly as well as very helpful. We enjoyed celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary."

"This is a great place to stay! A 10 minute, $15 cab ride from the airport. Part of the much larger Simpson Bay resort complex. Everything you need is right here: beach, several pools, scuba diving, boat excursions, bars, and restaurants and a great supermarket. And it’s about a five minute walk down the hill to the main street, which is full of restaurants, stores, bars and clubs. I stayed in the Jr suite for a few days and then a villa for a few days. The Jr suite had a very small balcony, a kitchenette and two beds. The villa had a separate bedroom, two Murphy beds in the living room, and a giant balcony and a full kitchen. The beds and pillows were just a little above average. Good TV with all the channels you need. The front desk gets busy, but the people working there are very helpful and super nice. I couldn’t recommend staying here more."
