“The tv didn't work. Staff replaced the remote and tv worked until the next morning and quit again. The bathtub drain wouldn't close. I needed to soak in a hot bath after getting sore from cleaning up hurricane debris and wasn't able to. There was no bath size soap bars in the bathroom. Just the little hand size. No bars to hang damp towels. The coffee in the thermos in breakfast room was lukewarm. The elevator door stopped working. The elevator inspection was 2 months expired.”
