Instead of asking the front desk to say something to this person, I just requested that they move me to a different room. The front desk lady was super nice (thank you) and was able to accommodate my request and put me on a different floor. However my room faced the road outside and it was a very very busy road. 「We had booked a room for a midway stop on a trip to New Orleans, on motorcycles. When we arrived the man at the front counter moved his car so we could put the motorcycles under shelter out front, and then put us in a room were we could see them out the window. When we left that morning we said see you next Friday. When we arrived next Friday they had the cars moved from under the shelter and put is in another room were the motorcycles could be seen out the window without even having to ask or...

「The pool was nice and staff were awesome but the room lacked accessible outlets and the TV was useless. Pool gets up to 8 feet deep and was relatively clean. Not overly chlorinated thankfully.」

「The room I booked had mold in the bathroom, around the window and had tiles falling off the walls in the bathroom. The bedsheets on both beds were stained and did not looked washed, had to go to the front desk to get towels because room service didn’t leave any. We were offered another room but it was much worse than the one we were in, definitely do not stay here, disgusting place.」
