My family and I loved our stay! The house was well equipped with everything we would need, it was clean, and conveniently located right by Seabrook and close to the main roads to drive North towards the Olympic peninsula or East towards Aberdeen and Tacoma! We would stay here again!

It is a brand new house, with many amenities. It has three large bedrooms and a fourth room with futons, which are comfortable for sleeping if the mattresses are on the floor. IT was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Really quiet neighborhood- there are roosters but you can’t really hear them from inside. The home was clean and had the basics covered. Just a few blocks from the ocean access point.

The house was very comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. The 4 of us had enough space and everything we needed for our stay. However the yard outside the living room and kitchen window was of a gravel side yard, but had trees behind it. The other surroundings were pretty.

Loved the house! It was perfect size for us. Really enjoyed the sectional couch. The only issue I had was the bed not super comfortable but everything else was great! We all said we would definitely come back

This review reflects two points. The first, the house itself is as described with great access to the beach which is very close. Plenty of room and single story is a huge plus. Our issue was with the cleanliness of the home upon arrival. Floors dirty, mirrors in bathrooms with water spots by sinks, and what appeared to be a large pool of vomit around one of the toilets that wasn’t cleaned up. Upon contacting the property management company VaCasa, the sharing was located outside the United States and informed us after multiple requests to have it cleaned, that there was no one local who could return to properly clean the home and we would have to do so ourself. Very discouraged with our experience with the company and not necessarily the home. I would not recommend this home to future renters until the owners slowly use VRBO and cut ties with the other property management. Our issues with our stay had nothing to do with the owners or the house itself, just the condition in which we found it when we arrived. After purchasing our own cleaning supplies and disinfecting the vomit and other areas, we enjoyed our stay and found the house comfortable and met our needs.

Nice house. For me it was sad to be at the beach but not actually see the beach. I knew this when I rented though so that is on me. It is an easy drive to the beach but walking would be dangerous as you would have to walk on the highway with little shoulder. Seabrook is lovely and we had good meals there at Kokos and Frontage Pizza.

They were able to get us check in early, communication was great, letting us know thorough out the whole process, when we arrived the place was very clean and quiet place. Pet friendly, out dog had a wonderful time, thinking more than us, lol. Beach is walking distance, left the car in garage and walk around small town Pacific Beach town. Highly recommend this place, will book again on the future, thank you.

I totally enjoyed the house. Quiet neighborhood, Great locations to the beach, shops, and local Country Store. At times, you can here and smell the roar of the ocean waves. The place is clean, plenty of space, happy to be with the east sun, and enjoy the morning sun-rising peaking though the neighboring trees. Thank you
