    Are you ready to spend some Happy Days at the beach? If so, this adorable cottage is perfect for your next getaway! You will feel right at home while on vacation. Located directly on the South Alder Park and less than a minute walk away from the Elk Creek Beach Promenade this is truly a great location! The park offers a Bocce Ball Court, community fireplace with wood provided, and outdoor furniture. The Elk Creek Beach Promenade becomes a forested trail that leads you down to the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

    The covered front porch faces the South Alder Park and hosts a cozy park bench. The back porch is enclosed, a great place to unload your sand dollars after a walk on the beach! You'll also find a BBQ for your grilling pleasure.

    Step into Happy Days and be greeted by very bright, cheery décor. The living room has a large screen HDTV with cable television, DVD player, and DVD’s. You can even snuggle up next to the electric fireplace upon your arrival. High speed wireless internet has a presence throughout the cottage.

    The kitchen is completely furnished with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, everything you’ll need to cook your favorite family meal! There are plastic cups, bowls, and plates for the kids!

    The dining room looks into the kitchen and living room so family and friends will never miss a beat! The dining table comfortably seats six guests. Both bedrooms have oversized Queen sized beds and include a flat screen HDTV with built in DVD players!
    The home has two bathrooms, one with tub and shower, and the other with a walk in shower.

    Come spend some Happy Days at Seabrook, you’ll be glad you did!

We had a fabulous long weekend at Happy Days in Seabrook! The cute cottage was as described, and perfect for 2 couples or 4-5 people. The home is in a very good part of Seabrook, within walking distance to the center of town, as well as close to both swimming pools. It is in a quiet area, yet central. There is a fire pit which we used to roast S'mores in front of the home. The front deck looks out on a nice green area with Bocce ball close by. We appreciated that it was also dog friendly. We would love to come back to Happy Days on a future visit to Seabrook!

Property is very comfortable for 2-4 people with 2 bedroom / 2 bath. Bedrooms have queen beds which is nice but accommodate little else. Screens are in closets if you want to open windows / big for me because I like fresh air. Kitchen is nice size with all the basics. Cottage was very clean. Parking is in back and keyed entrance is on front side (unclear with directions). Great location and overall totally enjoyed property and location. Would go back and stay at this particular property. And having a pet friendly property means a lot to us!

Great location and great for pets

We had a long weekend for my husband's 60th. We brought our 12 year old pitty and found that the house was great inside and close to trails for the our dog outside. We had a wonderful, restful stay.

Wonderful place, had everything we needed! Comfortable accommodations! Door code needed an additional step that wasn’t indicated at check in, but we figured it out!

Everything was excellent, the only note is that the access to the house was a bit tricky for my elderly dad. There are no hand rails on the steps and the steps are pretty high. Also we wish there had been screens on the windows in the bedrooms. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Nice, clean, house. Well appointed.

Nice time. Good food. Weather not the greatest for the middle of July. Would have liked to know the clouds and mist roll off the ocean daily.

Excellent

Excellent place with everything we needed. Central location without being in the middle of downtown where all the people congregate. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciate that it is dog friendly and we could bring dogs. Only issue was the WiFi didn’t work and we did not receive an answer from the management company. Not a big issue for us. We loved our stay and will be back.

Cozy cottage

Cozy cottage with all the basic amenities. Great location in the heart of Seabrook. Front porch was nice (right in front of the "neighborhood" outdoor fireplace) and beach was an easy walk. Nice touches in providing a play area for young children, supplied with books and activities. For adults, a few good puzzles, games, and books were in the cabin (and even some classic movies on disc). Kitchen utensils were a bit limited. Remember to bring your own condiments (all we found was salt, pepper, ginger, and cinnamon). Of course, there's no great view. Weather was fantastic, so we actually spent little time in the cottage.
