The second floor has a beautiful chefs kitchen, main living room, primary bedroom with queen bed, primary ensuite bath with dual sinks and steam shower. The deck is also accessible on the second level which features comfortable seating, gas grill and beautiful ocean views. The hot tub is located behind the home in a pretty private setting, the outdoor shower is also located here for convenience.

The third floor features a second family room with wet bar. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third floor. The first bedroom is a bunk room with four beds, fantastic views, perfect for children. There is a bathroom with tub/shower and dual sinks. There is a second primary on the third floor with a king bed and beautiful primary ensuite bath with dual sinks and walk in shower, and amazing views of the ocean through the trees. This home is perfect for a party of eight, but if more sleeping area is needed, there are two pullout couches for added convenience.
