Loved the location, next to gnome trail. The property could use better cleaning ( shampoo or replace carpets, handrails, walls particularly). And balconys quite weathered. That said, i would definitely return with the whole family.

Everyone had a great time

Location is great, between beach and town. We had four 12YO boys and they all had a blast riding their bikes and scooters around town. Lovely property with 3 bathrooms and bedrooms on each floor.

Great house, Great place for Family Reunion

Very accommodating for families. Clean, cozy and well located. Bunk mattresses could use upgraded, and bring house slippers since no shoes preferred. Really loved the dining table and game room!

End of summer saybrook stay

Great communication with property manager. This home is well furnished and supplied. Nice decor, hot tub and fireplace. Basement area smelled a little damp so humidifiers were brought in. Upstairs was very lovely, clean, super location with forest view/ close walk to beach.Nice stay and good memories made!

Was very nice overall. Although we wish the decks could have been swept off. The upstairs deck also wasn't cleaned. We found left over marijuana sitting on a chair. 2 partially smoked joints and one full joint still in the container. But inside was clean and tidy
