「Quaint and lovely place for a comfortable rest on the pacific coast. Came out from NJ to meet family and very pleased. Staff is lovely, room is comfortable and it’s all you need! I had the opportunity to stay in room with kitchen/fridge/keurig, which was spacious and comfortable with the warm heat and Dohm sound machine… I sleep well. Short drive to beach and restaurants, walkable to pubs ect. Parked rental car in front of place w/o any issues. Thank you Surf n Sand for a wonderful visit! 」

「Entry stairs were tough for my parents. House was clean. Served our needs. There was no view at all, although it was not advertised with a view. I wrongly assumed a house on the beach with sand dunes meant we would have access from the house. We had to walk a short distance to access beach.」

「My Cabin had cobwebs on the porch. Porch swing had a broken board with nails exposed. Nice location to the beach and dinning options. Property grounds were nice. 」

「We loved our stay! The house has absolutely breathtaking views. The house is older but well kept and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with pot / pans, coffee maker, plates, cups, etc. which was great. The only downsides were the internet is not great so my husband had a hard time working. I also didn’t fully understand the cliff / large dune that the house was on. It was a big difficult to navigate with young kids but it all worked out. We would definitely stay here again, a great place...

「This house is in a remarkable location. We had a few perfectly clear sunsets we could enjoy simply standing on the balcony. The beach is also just about 25 years away. There were 12 of us and had plenty of space and we had a really wonderful time. That said, I will always try to avoid staying in Vacasa managed homes. It was a great deal for the price but I'm not sure I'd choose to go back. I wouldn't describe it as clean or cozy but great for a long weekend on the coast.」

「We were delighted to find that the property had received an upgrade in amenities since the pictures we saw. It's quite large and spacious, even our group of 11 felt comfortable. Lots of fun to be had in the arcade, and the hot tub and sauna are a nice bonus. Easy walk to the beach, lots of nice outdoor views nearby. Easy house rules, great experience overall.」

「Just what I expected. I read the reviews. I new that the property needed paint, had some wear and tear. I new the home was large and could accommodate my large family. It was close to the ocean. Two of the 4 bathrooms had no privacy, but it was an easy work around with signs, I’m not sure that the locks worked in the other restrooms?? Kitchen has two dishwashers and sinks, which was nice. Washer and dryer was great. Internet was slowish. Overall it was great for our not picky family. Especially...
