The heart of the home is on the second level with an open floor plan that draws your eyes upward to the beautiful wood planked ceiling. The living area has plenty of room to stretch out and a gas fireplace for warmth and convenience with a Roku tv. Fully stocked kitchen with a four burner gas range and electric oven.
There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and an on-suite Outside deck for sitting with BBQ. The lower level houses 2 guest bedrooms, a pullout sofa, a full bath and a more casual den with another Insignia smart tv for streaming.
Extra table seats 4 on level used as dedicated work space or a family puzzle/game night
The Nestucca Ridge Subdivision has walking trails through green spaces to stretch your legs and look for wildlife. Pacific City is exciting in every season. So get a good night's sleep and wake to remember that the beach is only 5 blocks away.
Pet fee is $50 plus lodging taxes per pet, per stay. Up to two pets allowed. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house unless in a kennel.
