Oceanfront With Memorable Surf And Haystack Rock Views

Welcome to captivating surf views from this three bedroom and two bath house with a winning combination of a west facing deck for lazy summer days or dramatic winter days and an east facing deck located off the dining area where there are Adirondack chairs and a propane gas barbeque for you to use and enjoy while you take in the river views, wildlife, kayakers. This is an excellent area to sit and have your coffee and enjoy the sun rise in the morning.

The living room on the main level has a comfortable sectional and a cozy fireplace to stay warm while gazing out at the ocean and Haystack Rock. The kitchen and dining area sit slightly above the living room both with the same amazing ocean views.
One of the lower level bedrooms has a comfortable king bed with a Gel-Latex Mattress set and the other bedroom has two queen beds with French doors that lead you onto an east facing paver patio.
The upper level is where you will find the master bedroom featuring a queen Gel-Memory Foam mattress on a Head-Up adjustable base. This enables one to sit up in bed in the mornings and take in the beautiful waterfront views. There is also a large love seat perfect for slipping away and finally finishing that novel you’ve been reading. A private ocean view balcony is located off the master bedroom and a private master bath with a soaking tub.

There is something special about this area of the Oregon Coast and the Pacific Sunset will easily become your favorite destination.

The beach access is steep due to erosion from the ocean.

Pet fee is per pet, per stay. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must please stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house or garage unless in a kennel. Pet limit is 2. No daily visitors allowed without management approval.

Great Family Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property on the Oregon coast! The house was well-maintained, spacious, and perfect for our family of four (plus our dog!). Our teen daughters loved the cozy vibe and easy access to the beach. It was a treat to be within walking distance of great restaurants, which made exploring the area so convenient. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and pet-friendly getaway!

not only was pacific city an incredibly great little beach town, but the house location could not have been better. steps from the beach, great decor, CLEAN, comfortable. the house exceeded my expectations and we will be back!

Weekend Getaway

This is a perfect spot right on the beach and close to Pelican Brewery and other places to eat and drink. The decks are very nice. The sounds of the ocean was the perfect ambience.

Quiet and relaxing

Great communication from booking through check out. The house is just right for a relaxing stay. The sound of the ocean along with the deer walking through on a regular basis was a big hit with the group. If the beach access at the property was a little easier to navigate, it would have been perfect.

Great house on the beach!

This was the second time we stayed here. Access to the beach was a little better this time. Not as steep. Would be great if owners could put a stake with a rope down to the beach to help us back up like the neighbors had, but I am a 71 year old grandma and was able to go down, easy, up with a little work. The house worked perfect for us, our son and daughter in love and 2 grands (7&9). The deck off the kitchen on the side opposite of the beach was perfect when it got too hot on the beach side. We had a great time!

Family getaway

The house was nice and cozy and has all the basic necessities for a nice visit to the beach. Yes, it is beach front but access to the beach is not what one sees in the picture. It is deceiving. The coastline in Pacific City has been slowly pushed back leaving steep descents onto the beach. It is a very steep access to the beach.

We Loved This Vacation!

This is a beautiful home right on the beach in Pacific City. We stayed for a few nights in July and I can't stop thinking about how relaxed we were there! The house is extremely clean and the decor is perfect! It was great to have access to a washer/dryer because we had already been traveling for a week. Pacific City is a great town with kind people everywhere we went. The sunsets are amazing and I can't wait to go back!

Overall great place with amazing access as to the beach.

We really liked the place and enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had or more accurately we didn’t expect was the upstairs bathroom only had a tub and the kitchen appliances, specifically the stove, are in need of replacement. We also found some mold in the upstairs bedroom.

Fabulous views!

Lovely time in this comfortable cottage, with amazing views and ample decks. Basic kitchen amenities....bring your own salt, pepper, sugar, spices. Check with owner rep on heat before you get there.

Great location!

This was a great place to stay and we will definitely be booking here again! The way to get to the beach is a little steep but doable. I used our dogs metal corkscrew leash holder and put it in the sand with a long rope and that made it easier to get up to the top. We also brought some of our snow sleds and had fun riding down the sand. Thanks for renting out such a great place!

Perfect for a small family

We really enjoyed the property and would definitely choose it again. For a small family of 4, each of us had our own space and didn’t feel on top of each other at all. I felt the listing matched what we expected, the only surprise we had was that it didn’t have air conditioning- however, that’s on us as the listing reflects in the comfort section it only has heat. The weather was cooler though so we didn’t even miss it! We didn’t make any big meals in the kitchen, but for the light cooking we did we had everything we needed.

Rustic Cabin with direct access to the beach

The place is nice and the location is great. We loved Pacific City. The rooms and beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our time there. Only suggestion I would make for the place is that the Stove and Microwave need to be replaced. Oven doesnt show the temperature so if you plan to use the oven you have no idea what the temperature is. Overall a nice place.

Beautiful Views!

Sweet little house. Gorgeous views. It was storming most of our visit, but we all enjoyed the cozy house, and watched the waves. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals. It does have a lot of stairs, 3 level house that guests should be aware of. Our elderly little dog needed help, otherwise perfect weekend with friends.

Best trip yet

It was a very nice place. had my coffee on the deck watched the sun set. next time it will just be 2 of us forget the rest. this place is as it shows in the pic`s. Katie was very helpful. we went a day ahead to spend one ex day on the coast. had to check out of the hotel at 11AM and she knew this and let us check into the house at 11AM worked out so good. I plan a few more trips down there this year and this will be the first place i try to get. Its old its cute and a very cool place. don`t miss this place if you can get it. you will love it, if you like old cool places.

Family getaway

We had a really nice family (8+2 dogs) getaway time stay at this cute rustic beach get away. The house is decorated so cute and couches and beds were nice and comfy. The only problems we encountered was that none of the outside lights were working and all of the outside furniture was rusted or cracked, which was a bummer. Other then that it was a nice get away. Would be great if they could update the outdoor furniture. Would likely stay again and recommend.
