"I've worked in the hotel industry for 13 years and whenever you get a third party reservation that doesn't have information like a customer's phone number, you call the third party and ask them for the customer's information. I do not like that this hotel canceled my reservation just because my phone number was missing when they could have called Expedia and asked them for my information so that I didn't show up to the property to not having a room. Other than that my stay was great and I have no complaints"
