Great stay in Pacific Grove

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, small cottage with all the amenities. Big kitchen and good appliances. Dog friendly with fenced garden/deck. One block from bay and walking/biking trail. Generally responsive management company.

Gem of a Property and Great Location

We loved this little beach cottage. It’s within walking distance to everything we might need or want-groceries, restaurants, the ocean-and a comfortable place to stay. The property managers (Sanctuary Vacation Rentals) are highly responsive and reliable. Do take the advice on the listing that this property works best for 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. Most of the time (1 month) it was just two of us, but for a week we had another couple with us. The pull-out beds were not comfortable (are they ever?), so they slept on high-end camping mattresses, which worked well. Otherwise the space was fine for 4

December Beach Bungalow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Well equipped. Cute decor. Replace hideabed with a real bed! 30 nights on it was very uncomfortable. Fireplace was much appreciated. Bathrooms were great. Large dining room table was great for doing jigsaw puzzles.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice month long rental while on assignment in Monterey. I did think the mid month cleaning left a lot to be desired. I washed the towels (left on machine), I washed dishes (left in dishwasher) with several dirty dishes left in sink (only 3 or 4), the only thing that I could tell that was done was the making of the bed - not bad for $160, I'd like that job. Overall good location, safe, and enjoyed the time.
