「I stayed 3nights at the Proper Hotel in Santa Monica. 2days , the house keeping didn’t clean the room. I was a little disappointed with it. 」

「The hotel was nice. Walking from convention center to the hotel in the evening, you would have to navigate homeless people. Neighborhood used to be very safe & welcoming couple of years ago. 」
