I paid over eight hundred dollars for a room on the water with a view and mandatory valet parking. I got a room on a water with a view of a neighboring dock with stacks of palets, and the next morning a giant cruise ship right outside the window. The location is great, and the hotel has so much potential, but it is very, very tired in bad need of renovations and modernization. Extremely overpriced for what it actually is.

Wall to ceiling windows with spectacular views! Love to keep the curtains open all night long to catch the city lights. Rooms are decorated with a little quirkiness, think wall of mirrors and interesting artwork. Have stayed here three times already when Teatro ZinZanni was there and for easy Ubering to Taste Washington.

Nice boutique hotel on Lower Queen Anne, with friendly staff. Great view from the roof deck! Close to Seattle Center and Waterfront Park. My room had been recently renovated and was very comfortable. My new place to stay in Seattle.
