“I received this survey even though I had received a cancellation by the host of the VRBO. We did not stay at this location it was “cancelled” due to overbooking. This pit us in a very inconvenient position requiring us to spend an hour on the phone with VRBO trying to find a replacement for our family of 4 as we were traveling from out of state.”

Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood which was very close to the beach, grocery store, coffee shops and bakeries. We appreciate how the host gave some suggestions of the shops/eateries in their description. We also loved the location because it was easy access to downtown SF via and we gratefully didn't deal with any freeway traffic both going to SF and returning back to the home. Loved the soft……
