Recently renovated, our cozy apartment is located a minute\'s walk from the lake and will offer you tranquility, relaxation and comfort.

It has a large living room, a purified kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a nice balcony where you can enjoy meals.



Large swimming pool and garden available on a nearby property with a small additional cost.

Located in a detached house, with only four spacious apartments, this apartment enjoys the best sunny location overlooking the surroundings.

Located on the first floor, this apartment has been recently renovated and has a large kitchen with everything you need for your cooking experiences, a large living room with two sofa beds, large bedroom and a bathroom. It also has a small terrace where you can have breakfast or sip an aperitif.

The most important feature that will convince you to choose this accommodation is the proximity to the lake and the town. You can walk to the lake in a minute and stroll along the beautiful lakeside promenade that goes from Padenghe to Moniga (about 7 km). You can choose the best place to sunbathe or stop for a drink or a meal right in front of the lake.

Even in the city you can go easily, on foot in a few minutes, to visit the center, the castle or go shopping in the small local shops.



A covered and fenced parking space is included. Wifi is also included.



Around the house there are some low and pleasant buildings, mainly intended for tourism. The place is very quiet and relaxing.



The car is recommended, but not necessary

Perfect !

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Alles war wie auf den Bildern. Eine Klimaanlage im Appartment wäre die Krönung. Es war schon sehr heiß, die Ventilatoren schafften eine kleine Abkühlung, trotzdem war es stickig im Appartment. Veronica ist eine sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche Gastgeberin. Kommunikation war spitze! 5-10 Gehminuten bis zum freien Strand (Hunde kein Problem). Wir waren auch zweimal am Coco Beach in Lido di Lonato (5 min mit dem Auto) dort gibt es eine mega tolle Strandbar! Supermarkt (Conad) im Ort ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar (auch hier sind Hunde erlaubt!) Schöne ruhige Lage in Padenghe, nette Nachbarn. Der überdachte Stellplatz für das Auto war auch super. Alles in allem hatten wir ein paar schöne, erholsame Tage am Gardasee und kommen sicher wieder!
