Leider wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von vier Tagen kein Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, außerdem gab es keine Handtücher für den Pool oder die Außendusche (lediglich 6 Stück für die gesamte Unterkunft) und die normalen durften für den Pool nicht genutzt werden. Das Frühstück war gut, es hätte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Ich hätte mich außerdem gefreut, wenn das Personal...

Le logement est sombre, donne sur une mini cour intérieure/terrasse partagée avec un autre logement et où sont entreposés un ancien meuble de salle de bain et une échelle. "I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"We booked very late on the day of our stay but managed to find this very reasonably priced room. Room was a bit on the small side but very well presented, really nice sheets, proper hotel towels, super shower and all very clean. Bed (and pillows) very comfy, although again, a bit in the small side. Good value for money and in a good location, easily accessible to the old town. "

"2 night stay just outside Gallipoli. Beautiful masseria. Large room located down steps in a covered 'courtyard' area. Felt rather enclosed with no real outdoor view from the window. Unable to open window for fresh air as there were people smoking in the courtyard area. Comfortable room. All amenities in bathroom. Hot shower but unfortunately had one night with no hot water. Kettle & fridge provided. Breakfast ok. Partner enjoyed the coffee. "

"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. Moscitos in and outside the room in the bottom of the building, a bit damp and not easy to sleep when the aircondition didnt work one night, but the outside garden was wonderful. Le rez-de-chaussée date du milieu du 18eme siècle, l'étage a été construit au milieu du 19eme. Chambres et salle commune très spacieuses, très hautes de plafond, avec des décorations (peintures) qui vous plongent dans l'époque. Petite piscine très agréable.
