Great location

Beautiful spot, quiet neighborhood, cabin in the woods feel. Bed is comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Our dogs did well in the space as well.

Fiesta House

Cabin was as presented. Very comortable cabin, bedrooms are nice sized as are bathrooms. Deck is large. There are many deer in the area. It was the first rental we've stayed at where there were only hotel sized shampoo etc. so pending on how long you stay you may need to buy/bring your own. Would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this cabin during our stay! The team even put up a Christmas tree for us which was such a thoughtful touch especially since we have little ones. Lori and team were very responsive and everything in the home was just as described or better! Don’t hesitate to book here, you won’t regret it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was just as advertised. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends. Arrival was easy with clear directions. I felt very supported by VIP who stayed in contact with me from booking to checkout. No concerns about absent owners. The cabin is not too fancy, but it was clean and well stocked. It is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood that is convenient to Pagosa and hiking and biking.
