Approximately 2,813 square feet, this extraordinarily spacious Four- Bedroom Presidential Suite features 3 King Beds: one in the master bedroom and two other king beds in the guest bedrooms, and lastly 2 Double Bed(s) in the auxiliary room including a kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Maximum of 10 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio, Fireplace and Jetted Tub.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Pagosa is La Plata Airport which is 38.52 miles by car respectively.

This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.

Some units include counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-under kitchen sink, no lip greater than 1/4 inch on slider door to access patio from other side, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, raised toilet (higher than typical units) and front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole.

Some units include visual doorbells, visual fire alarm, visual phone alert and closed captioned TV.

Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center: The Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center is currently open. A reservation is required for the pool and hot tub.

Pool & Hot Tub Information: Pool hours are 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for specific information.
