Great Location, Cute Home – Just Be Aware of the Summer Heat

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the central downtown location—easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the river. The home itself is charming and clean with super comfy beds. However, there’s no central AC, which made July a bit uncomfortable. We couldn’t keep the windows open at night due to street noise (it’s across from bars on a busy road), and the host wasn’t able to get the window unit installed during our stay, so we ended up installing it ourselves. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience—just something to consider if booking during the hotter months. The location really is the standout feature.

We felt Welcome the moment we arrived. The place was clean and very homey. The place was quiet with very little noise and just a small walk from downtown Pagosa Springs. Highly recommended for a family of four or just a few friends.
