The 19th Hole Ski Chalet is a stunning mountain modern home with amenities & comfort galore. Newly remodeled, this two-story home is a perfect blend of coziness and sophistication, offering tons of space for the whole family. Tucked into the hillside right next to the Pagosa Springs Golf Club, you’re an easy walk to the green, a mere 3 minutes from uptown shopping, restaurants and amenities, less than 10 minutes to downtown, and only 30 minutes from Wolf Creek. Beautiful mountain & lake views surround this home which overlooks the golf course and Pagosa Peak from the back deck & Pinon Reservoir from the front. With two primary bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and second living room downstairs with "mini gym" as well as a Peloton for those with a membership, this home is perfect for families or a group of friends to enjoy a Colorado mountain getaway. Now with Starlink internet and a fun Xbox to enjoy. This lovely home also has mini-split airconditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms and living area. Such a rare find here in the Colorado mountains.

**SNOW CONDITIONS** Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has different terrain. FOR YOUR SAFETY, 4/ALL-WHEEL DRIVE OR TWO-WHEEL DRIVE WITH CHAINS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOVEMBER-APRIL.
**WINTER PARKING** this home has 2 parking areas. The lower parking level is flat and easily accessed. The upper parking is at the top of a steep driveway. You will not be able to use the upper parking area in the winter with a 2-wheel drive vehicle in the winter.

HOUSE LAYOUT:
The entrance to this home is on the lower level. The front door opens to a spacious lower living area with wet bar, two bedrooms, an Xbox console with a smart tv, and sliding glass doors that open to the hot tub patio and views of Pinon Reservoir. The first bedroom, with a queen-size bed, is located next to the wet bar and downstairs bathroom. It is outfitted with an electric stove and sliding glass doors to access the patio and hot tub. The second bedroom is located to the left of the front door and has a full-size bed. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa and dedicated work area with a double monitor for guest use along with blazing fast Starlink Internet There is a full bathroom with a shower next to the queen bedroom. The laundry room is also located on the lower level, along with a second refrigerator. There is also a Peleton in the mini gym for those who have a membership!
Upstairs you’ll find the main, airconditioned living room, large chef’s kitchen and dining room. The open floor plan is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows so you can take in the sunshine and views from all directions. There is a wood burning stove to keep you warm in the winter months and a hidden “pop-up” TV in the wall behind the electric fireplace. The two primary bedrooms, both with mini-split airconditioning, are located on either end of the living room, with King beds, TVs, access to the outdoor decks, and luxury bathrooms. The first bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Whether sitting on the deck with a morning cup of coffee watching the local deer meander by, gearing up for a day of play in the gorgeous San Juans, enjoying sunlight spilling in while cooking up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwinding by soaking in the hot tub on the lower patio, Nineteenth Hole Ski Chalet has something to offer for everyone!
