All you could ask for

Ideal proximity to Wolf Creek and still convenient to head into Pagosa Springs if needed. House provided lots of extras and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and hot tub was perfect!

Perfect Accommodations

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Very spacious, comfortable bedding, plenty of bathroom space and a very functional kitchen. We particularly loved sitting on the patio by the fire pit. If we ever venture back, we'll be sure to see if this rental is available.

Fantastic!

We loved everything about this house! It was so spacious, and had so many amenities. The kitchen was amazing to cook in, we grilled and made smores over the fire pit. The view was beautiful and it was so close to town for the last minute items we forgot to pack. Would definitely love to stay at this location again!

Great Place to Relax

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming riverside cabin. Everything was spotless, with plenty of extra pillows, sheets, and towels. The kitchen was fully equipped, including some thoughtful extras. Customer service was available 24/7 and very responsive. The location is convenient, just meters from the main road, and the flat area in front of the house makes parking and access easy.The layout is ideal for three adult couples, as the rooms are on separate floors, offering privacy. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for children. The backyard is quite narrow—just enough space for a large jacuzzi—and beyond that, there’s a small cliff that drops straight to the river with no barrier. Two beers and a lack of caution could turn into a dangerous situation. All in all, I loved the place and would definitely return—with the right group.

Get together of high school buddies

Was a very nice place for the 5 of us. Plenty of room for a reasonable price. We didn't get to hang out on back porch because of rain but I can imagine how nice that would have been if weather had been better

Fantastic house on the river

This was the perfect house for our needs. It was far enough outside of town to be peaceful and offer interactions with nature, but close enough that getting supplies or dinner wasn’t an issue. We spent time on or in the river every day. Close to hiking trails, ATV rentals, and horseback riding.

Relaxing vacation

We had a relaxing weekend in this house. We are already planning on booking this place sometime in fall. We were very pleased with this place. Easy to find and once you get in, the river and mountain view is astounding! The only problem we had was we weren't able to turn on the gas seater outside. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful home/location with everything we needed for our ski vacation. Clean. Comfy beds. Hot showers with great water pressure. Plenty of space. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice grill, outdoor seating and fire pit. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working during our stay, but we informed the property manager upon our arrival so hopefully they can have it repaired for the next group.

Cute Pagosa Getaway by the River

Pros-Very spacious and well stocked! Perfect for our mixed family of 9! Great location and quiet neighborhood. Con- The lack of air conditioning was an issue this past week because it was so hot some of the days where the fans were insufficient in cooling the cabin down.

Very nice & spacious!

Had a great time & clean homey place to stay. Loved sitting on the back porch & listening to the river. Peaceful. Only thing I would do is add another TV to another master suite. Both couples wanted the bedroom with the tv. The other tv is in the bedroom with bunkbeds.

Highly recommended property

This cabin/house was just as described. The location over the river offered easy access to the river, wildlife watching from the porches and nice sounds during the night and day time. Property is close enough to town for some shopping but far enough to keep things quiet. We had a party of 10 ranging from ages 7 to 75. The place felt roomy and offered all of the amenities we needed including a great BBQ. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat for a large group this might be the place for you.

Great place to visit with Family

The house is amazing, all the creature comforts of home and killer views. While the 'riverfront' is a little ways down some steep steps, and challenging for my 80 yr old father, we made it eventually. Also, the close and simple to access portion of the river is not the main San Juan river channel. This section is on a smaller segment that forks away from the main channel near other properties. It's very nice, but not great fishing from this homes' river access. A wonderful house, lots of room, all the expected amenities, and very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, long weekend with friends

We had a fantastic three day weekend at this home. We loved the porch and river access below, as well as the abundant sunshine and roominess of the house. We very much look forward to staying here again in the future. If having access to text messaging and phone calls is important to you, the Wi-Fi at this home makes it very difficult to do that. There is no cell service in most of the home, and Wi-Fi phone calls and text sending would not work on any of our devices, which all had different carriers. Internet access was great and emailing worked very well. It only seemed to affect calls and texting. All in all, we had a wonderful weekend and hope to stay here again in the future.
