This was a very nice and well kept home. We loved the wrap around porch. It was a great spot for morning coffee and to sit and relax while listening the river. We would definitely recommend this place!

Great Location and Amenities - warm afternoons

My family had a great time and the house was nice. Because the back of the house faces west, the back porch and house were hot in the afternoons. Overall great experience.

Great location & perfect house!

This house sits right on the river with a huge deck and plenty of space. A quick 5 mins to town. The hot tub is an awesome addition. We only had 5 in our group but there's plenty of room for 2 families with kids considering the upstairs loft space is large enough for air mattress and anything else you can envision. Kitchen and baths have everything; house is brand new! Would definitely stay here again!

This house is beautiful and clean and obviously brand new. It’s located directly on the river and in a quiet neighborhood about 10 miles from downtown. It had everything we wanted and the quality of the space was amazing. The only downside was that the hot tub was green with algae and so we didn’t get to use it. Would definitely recommend this house for a friends gathering or a family trip.
