1. Shower soap dispenser was empty 2. Pillows were extremely flat, obviously over-used (old). Both situations required a trip to Wal-mart at our expense because not rectified by owner 3. Kitchen garbage bags not provided and not rectified by owner even after a tense text exchange. However, cleanliness 5 out of 5 stars.
