  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Perfect spot for our group

Perfect spot in Pagosa right on the river. House was clean and spacious just right for our group of 6 Great location and close to everything, had pretty much everything we needed for cooking and relaxing.

One of our very favorites!

Our stay at this wonderful cabin was absolutely divine. This is our second time renting this cabin and we always have such a wonderful time. The teens ride their bikes into town and shop sightsee and have fun in the Hot Springs. We bring our horses which have a wonderful place With lots of green grass And very large round pin where we worked the horses with the younger kids. We did catch large Rainbow trout in the pond on the property. Deer would come into the yard almost every morning geese and ducks would also Visit. We just can’t say enough about this beautiful property. The locals in town have always been very warm and inviting. We will definitely rent this property again next year.

Amazing space for girls trip

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is stunning and being right on the river was so peaceful. The house is great host for a girls weekend as we celebrated my 40th birthday.

Family ski trip

Beautiful place. Had a beautiful buck cross the property and stream one morning and then he came back later same night. We had everything we needed and close to town to go eat dinner and shop.

Best Stay EVER

This rental property was absolutely amazing from the scenic views of this cabin, the wildlife, the atmosphere of the stay. EVERYTHING! not to mention how close it is to downtown Pagosa springs. The house was so well put together for our stay even down to robes for the hot tub. We will definitely be returning. Also make sure to fish the pond! There’s some big ones in there! Thank you again iTrip.

Perfection!

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home on the river. It was perfection! We loved the house, we had no problems at all. Coming from South Texas this was just what we needed for a fun family get together. The management team was so fast to respond to my questions and we will definitely be coming back!

Great Accommodations

We loved staying at the Yellowstone Riverside cabin. Great location close to town, but tucked away so it was very peaceful and private. We spent most of the time enjoying the patio and outdoors, but the interior of the cabin is fantastic as well. We hope to be back soon!

This was a great property for our group. We had 4 boys who loved the location right by the river and the space outside. Close to town so easy drive for meals. The amount of household supplies provided by the host was more than enough for our time. Loved it!

We had an incredible week!! Thank you Itrip And Yellowstone cabin! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Amazing views, river access and beautiful ponds. Easy access to town. Even had grazing areas and pens for the horses! Cant say enough great things about this place.

Great Property

The property was great. Eventhough it is close to town we felt very isolated. It was very quiet. We did not see or hear anyone the hole time. The house is vey spacious. I would diffently consider staying there again when visiting Pagosa Springs.

Peaceful Riverfront Sanctuary

My husband and I stayed at this riverfront retreat with three of our friends. The home was spotless, and in a great riverfront location close to downtown Pagosa Springs. The only improvement I would recommend is fully outfitting the kitchen for real cooking, and providing more wine glasses and drinking glasses.

Best place to stay closest to the mountain

We really enjoyed this space. Wide and open space on the first floor made for such a fun time hanging out while keeping an eye on the 3 year olds. There wasnt anything that felt dangerous for the kids. The bedrooms were perfeclty comfortable. The best part was this house was only a 25 minute drive to the mountain, making a quick trip for us when we went snowboarding. If youre looking for a space for your group - this js it!

Ten friends in their 40’s from around the state.

Ten friends from around the state were able to gather and get a private tour of wolf creek with friend and owner Davey Pitcher. Thanks for that. My wife and I always enjoy more hooks to hang clothes in rooms and bathrooms, especially when you’re not fully unpacking. Racks or flat furniture to put two bags on in a room is always very helpful too. Second bedside table in primary needed.id also say it would be nice to just stock up on more glassware/wine openers etc even if they came from the thrift store. Oh, and it took us a couple of days (the majority of the trip), to realize that we weren’t having hot flashes and that the thermostats were for some reason set to 75 degrees which was odd! Anyhow, thanks overall.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. I could (and did) spend hours just watching the snow fall, clouds change over the river, ducks and foxes traverse the property; the location just cannot be beat. We absolutely will be looking to stay again. We noticed there weren’t a lot of drinking glasses and contacted itrip and they sent some over right away. They were very responsive through the entire trip. If I HAD to find something to critique, it would be that the TV is a little small and sound quality is meh, but TV was low on our list of things to care about at this wonderful cabin. Oh! And I love all the eco-conscious laundry products!!

Yellowstone Riverside Perfect Colorado Vacation Home

Yellowstone Riverside is an exceptional private, Colorado vacation 8-10 acre estate/retreat property! There was multiple deer and much wildlife on property every morning and evening. The home itself is beautiful and right on the San Juan river, the river is literally steps right off the spacious deck on the rear of house. There is a large, open but covered garage that is perfect loading/unloading your vehicle and provides another great space to hang out as well with an awesome new hot tub and sitting area as well. The property also features stables, horse pasture, private lake with walking trail surrounding it! The location is perfect just a couple miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. The home is very spacious, with multiple living areas, very large kitchen with industrial appliances and large kitchen table. On top of all that the folks at iTrip Vacations Pagosa Springs were awesome to work with, they are very proactive with their communication and exceptionally responsive and helpful before, during and after your stay! We were not disappointed in anyway during stay!
