Overrated property

An over rated hotel though the food is good but rooms need to be redone. No activities planned for guests during evenings. Overly priced. Washrooms are very small and not what u would expect out of a 5star property.

Service not worth the money

Lots of deficiencies in the food service. The front desk manager eventually acknowledged it and make a good arrangement and then we got the required attention. Else the excuse was we are full and hence things are slow. Paper napkins and asking for condiments and water on the table, so not worth the price being asked.

Rude staff and Horrible service at the restaurants

Terrible service at the restaurant. All the restaurant staff was very very unprofessional, and rude. Basically, stayed there for 2 nights and had 4 meals in the hotel, and the experience was horrible all the four times. It seemed like the servers were deliberately delaying and jumbling up the food service, and were more interested in serving their regular clients. And when complained about, the response was very rude and unapologetic.

Beautiful and Hospitable Property

The staff is very cooperative, hospitable and sensitive to the needs of guests. Location is outstanding. Food quality is very good. The view from the Hotel is very beautiful. There is a beautiful garden. Food is served Hot and Fresh, The Room cleaning is Outstanding. There is a Gym in the Hotel which is very good. I enjoyed my work out. The place is very friendly and Family oriented.

1.Lovely location, although little away from main town and on a hill 2. People attending in room dining calls, may need some more training 3. Lovely food especially local delicacies 4. Awesome Stay and few small improvements

Hotel is in amazing location and built very well to blend with Pahalgam. We had wonderful time in the hotel and its surrounding areas. View of river and mountains is amazing and best gift for nature lovers. Staff are friendly and courteous. Few things they are missing is on providing special experience to its guests. For example they have few cycles in facility but are offered to use only buy payment of Rs.500 per hour per person which is ridiculous expensive and they have bonfire setup which can be offered for an hour in evening in lawn, but when i asked they say its against payment only offered for cottage guests. These small things should be offered without additional charge, charging for these things make them look cheap or lynching money. Also once i asked to give them Kashmiri Khawa while i was sitting outside in garden, i waited for long time and left, even after informing front desk no use. If these are taken care the experience will be great at this hotel. Overall i recommend this hotel to all and hope mangement plans to take care small things i reported above
