“I was very unhappy with the check out process before I could settle the bill they had come to the room and started cleaning!! I had all my important documents in the safe did not even give me time to take it out!! Till today I have not got a phone call from the manager!! ”

“As good as the pictures represented the hotel rooms. Very clean rooms, daily service on request because the staff wanted to protect the privacy, 8am breakfast Idli/Vada. Location being prone to too much traffic and the incessant honking from the lorries and the tourist buses was a bit annoying during night time - but we got used to it after our 3rd night stay. Hotel manager was friendly and accommodative and treated us with ultimate respect.”

“Very nice staff, clean room. *Helpful Tip: try to get a room furtherest from the main staircase bc of the outside traffic noises.”

“Service is fine but not as much hospitality as anticipated. People working there are more like doing some robotic response. Would not make me feel like being welcomed or home.”

“I don’t go gyn”

“Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, no t comfortable at all. This is not a 3 star hotel, this property should not be in expedia listing. Its on highway lot of heavy traffic sound, horns, of big vehicles, hard to sleep. Breakfast is bought from next door street food. No hygiene, no basic amenities like hair dryer. Looks like owner knows only to suck money, not interested in guest satisfaction. Expedia please knock these dirty, non hygiene hotels. ”
