“We are in a group of 15s and staying in this hotel with 2 nights, it requires 30 mins driving from Melbourne airport and very convenient to reach. The environment is very good with some facility being offered. We are so amazing that we are 3 toilet inside each house, and quite convenient to a large group of people. But one thing you should consider is, there is no room service during weekend, no one come for tidy-up the room except for clean up the rubbish. Overall, I still recommend this hotel……

“The website advertising is quite misleading, giving no clear explanation of what is on offer - indicates you have access to, and sole residency of, the entire house. In fact, what you get is an ensuite bedroom with some light breakfast items supplied, and access to a shared kitchenette, where a TV and microwave are supplied, along with tea & coffee supplies, crockery/cutlery etc. Although different to what we expected to have, it was still very pleasant and quiet, and interaction with other……

“We stay for 2 nights and car parking is very big. Staff very nice and very details to guide us how to parking. And the hotel also have shopping place. If go to central, take train very close within free zone area. ”

“ The apartment hotel is new and the room facilities is good. The emnities can use some improvement but good in terms of a service apartment. The location is excellent for what it is. Most of the interaction we had with staff are postive and friendly. However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. There was a instance with an unpleasant encounter with staff with requesting new towel. Overal the experince is……

“A good hotel located a slient place near the CBD.”

“No lift so you have to walk one stair with your luggage. Bar downstairs so there will be some noise but still acceptable. Room is tidy but there're few red spot (looks like dried blood) on bed sheet, wondering if they changed it every time. They credit your credit card for deposit but debit if afterward, they should void it instead cause there are charges from bank!! Free car park for customers.”
