Great villa
The villa is got everything you need, the pool is perfect, hottube,.. Also great is that the pool and dining area is wind protected, so wind doesn't bother you at all. Location is also great, nerbay beautifull beaches. The owner is nice and helpfull. Best regards from Slovenia

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Schönes Ferienhaus, wir haben den sauberen Pool und die Terrasse oben sehr oft genutzt. Schön auch der windgeschützte Bereich unten, in der Küche alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Kochen unproblematisch möglich.

Der Urlaub in diesem Haus bzw. Finca war einfach nur schön und perfekt...am ersten tag wurden wir von der netten Verwalterin Nina empfangen...sie hat uns alles gezeigt und ein die Umgebung erklärt...das haus, der pool, die zimmer, die Matratzen, die küche, die Terrasse alles super...5 sterne plus...aber auch an Nina...eine sehr nette junge Frau...danke für alles und bestimmt bis bald...Grüße aus Berlin

heerlijke lokatie. Over het stand lopend naar de supermarkt om je ontbijt te halen! Lekker groot terras, maar zwembad erg koud!

Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet
Eigentlich ist die Wohnung ein Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 kompletten Bädern und einem großen Wohn- Essbereich. Die Küche ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Das TV- Streaming funktioniert prima. Alles in Allem sehr schön.

Schöne Villa für eine perfekt Erholung
Wir waren 1 Woche in dieser schönen Villa. Wir wurden von Nina nett empfangen. Die Villa ist so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. An der ein oder anderen Stelle ist sie schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider konnten wir trotz Reparatur unsere Schlafzimmer Tür nicht ganz schließen. Die Lage ist direkt gegenüber von einem Hotel, wodurch man mehrmals täglich die Reisebusse hört. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt aber keinesfalls beeinflusst und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa und kommen gerne wieder :-)

Schöne Wohnung mit Schönheitsfehler
die Wohnung ist eingebunden in einer größeren Wohnanlage genau gegenüber dem Hotel R2 Pajara Beach. Vor der Anlage ist eine Straße, uns haben der Auto- bzw. Busverkehr nicht gestört. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küche sind wie auf dem Foto ersichtlich ,gemütlich eingerichtet, hier kann man sich direkt wohlfühlen. Leider ist der Pool nicht beheizbar und nichts für „ Warmduscher“. Das Holz auf dem Fußboden und der Treppe müssten dringend gestrichen werden. Die unteren Schlafzimmer und die Ecken könnten mit wenig Aufwand netter gemacht werden. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bett oben haben uns sehr gut gefallen, vor allem der morgendliche Ausblick aus dem Fenster sind super schön. Auch die Terrassen laden zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Der Kontakt war nett und problemlos und es wurde sehr zeitnah geantwortet.
