Pharos Hvar Bayhill Hotel

"The property is located on top of a steep route with steps so anyone that plans to walk from the promenade or the ferry station, better come prepared. Our group was composed of 60 year olds and it was a challenge. I would probably avoid this hotel if you aren't renting a car and plan to walk down to the promenade. Room was clean but is very small. There is no place in the bathroom to keep your cosmetic bag. No luggage rack in the room so everything is on the bed. The shower was leaking. Good breakfast but with 5 buildings on the property and only one station for an omelette, we decided to skip. The staff for the most part are helpful but when we asked for an extra pod of coffee for the room, they said that you are allowed only 2 pods / day. Totally unnecessary. It's the small things that win customers not the splashy advertising."

"Great hotel right on the water. They met us at the ferry and brought our luggage in. The hotel is modern and clean. We also had access to a full spa and pool. Would definitely stay here again."

"We were traveling with 12 other friends on holiday to Croatia. We all enjoyed the trip especially this hotel in Bol. This is a beautiful Hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Made to order omlets were delicious as was the fresh fruit, meat, cheese and coffee. The hotel is spread out into sections, so there is a lot of walking within the hotel. Access to the pramenade was just a walk out the door. This took you to many restaurants, other hotels and the Sea. Or you could walk into town for shopping and many more restaurants. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Bol."

"Amazing hotel with amazing staff! They were so helpful and friendly, and even provided taxi rides when requested :) it is near a beautiful beach, and despite being lots of hills and some stairs the views and walks to the main pier are absolutely breathtaking. Felt extremely safe as a solo traveler :)"
