「The Villa is very clean and inviting. We had a relaxing time with a glass of wine and the fountain in the courtyard. The chairs to watch the sunset was also so inviting. I would recommend the location; it is remote and quite, on the top of the hill for beautiful views.」

「Great location close to downtown Vista with many great restaurants to choose from. Host was great providing specific instructions on how to locate the property as it could be challenging in the dark, Debra made it easy to find . Place was very comfortable would definitely book again if we are ever down that way again 」

The location was perfect; it was perfectly nestled in a beautiful mountain type setting, offering a peaceful escape, yet it was still just a short drive to the beach, the best of both worlds Most importantly, the host was phenomenal, he was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. 「Great little condo, short walk to restaurants, coffee, and the beach. Not as loud as staying on the strand. Very comfy bedrooms. Kitchen/living area is small but worked great for us. We also brought our 7# dog and the backyard was perfect for her. Excellent communication from Warren!」

「Hosts where great to work with. Great communication and prompt. It worked perfectly for what we needed it for. If we have a tournament next year at the same location will definitely rebook. 」

「Chris is a kind generous host, there when you need him yet fully respects your privacy. When I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little hot plate so we could have eggs for breakfast, he said he doesn’t encourage cooking in the room but he’d bring me the bbq. Next thing I know there’s the bbq and a banquet table with a nice table cloth with bbq utensils, cookware, plates and silverware in the Japanese inspired courtyard!The rooms have comfy cozy beds with soft sheets and off the...

「We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay! The studio is an easy walk to the beach and situated in a nice neighborhood. It’s been well kept, clean and very well equipped. Ed and Jill were most accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. We will be back!」
