“This Hotel hit all the spots for our small intimate family wedding for our daughter. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were perfect. The gardens were beautiful and well looked after a perfect setting for photographs. The food in the evening and at breakfast great and plenty of choice. A big thank you to all the staff.”

“该酒店整体住宿体验一般。房间有很重的难闻的气味儿；没有空调，晚上还是有一点儿热；马桶的水非常小，根本冲不了马桶，服务员看过以后也没办法解决，给了一个水瓢接水冲马桶，说是第二天找专业人员来解决，结果住了两个晚，截止退房也没有解决这个问题。洗脸池热水和冷水是通过两个水龙头流出的，并且两个水龙头的距离有点远，使用起来非常不方便，这种奇葩的设计我是第一次见到。”

“Great staff, unique location , excellent food , couple of small issues with the bathroom, quite a lot of limescale on the shower controls & adjacent tiles. Hot water in the basin took forever to even be lukewarm. Everything else up to scratch & would stay again .”

“We were disappointed with check in. We arrived around noon and all the staff would tell us is our room is not ready til 3pm. Which was fine but they would not tell us the check in process and were quite rude. Grabbed our luggage and more of or less told us to get lost. Very surprising! I think they make more money by not releasing rooms even if they are ready til 3pm because guests hang around and spend money in the restaurant. Overall the area is nice where this hotel is located however I……

“The room itself was clean, functional with enough space and good facilities. However we didn't realize the property was a converted house (and our room was upstairs). This didn't jive with the pictures of the chalet bungalows we had seen on the website. Perhaps we didn't pay enough attention when booking, but we felt rather misled by the lovely pictures of the converted back garden and chalet rooms. Be aware of presence of a pub behind the property (ear plugs provided) and that check-in and……

“Lovely room but bath with shower not suitable as sloped ceiling stopped from using shower head and couldn’t stand up in bath so being elderly. Had superior room so disappointed. Breakfast was lovely as was staff”
