「This little hotel is a gem. Clean, quiet, nice rooms with a/c, tv, free Netflix, free wifi and super friendly staff. The hotel is located near the Ciudad Colonial and at walking distance from Malecón de Santo Domingo. There are plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. Large, modern shopping centers are a short Uber ride away. If you are driving there is ample street parking. Conveniently two “colmados” are just a few meters away. They offer drinks and food items. I highly recommend...

「This hotel is terrific for a quick getaway to Santo Domingo. Top tier amenity, the rooftop, the view and the pool. In the morning breakfast was great, especially if you want traditional Dominican breakfast, which you should have when in the Dominican Republic. Staff was great. They even prepared a little birthday surprise for my cousin. My only negative was the elevator situation where it would not go to the first floor and you had to attempt many time. I would definitely stay there again.」

「I liked the breakfast which was included. The room was small, I expected two full size beds but it was 1 full size bed and a twin bed.」

「非常差，居然没有配套的早餐。并且没有装修完就营业。凌晨一点多下飞机两点check-in，结果一到六点楼上楼下各种钻机敲打声还有震动。。。就差没跳楼。。。并且下午回房间卡失效，要旁边的清洁阿姨开房居然非常嫌弃地拒绝服务。。。」

「The staff was not friendly and I had a massage and the masseuse put me in cold room and used freezing creams on me. Then proceeded to put me in cold shower. The rooms are outdated and the rugs were not clean and had stains on them.」

「Small room ac wasn't working well. Batteries ran out of the ac remote. And then the guy staff loses the key to the room i was staying in after i give it to him when he comes to change the batteries to the room. and wants me to find it. The next morning tryna act like I gotta pay a fee for lost key when hes the one I gave the key too.」

「Check in was easy, the owner provided me with bldg and room access. Hotel rules was explained via email in details. I only had one issue with no shower gel. But the reception came and explain the issue and rectified the situation the same day.Adefra staff member Omar Molina was on point with making breakfast the way I preferred it and assisted me with points of interest around Santo Domingo.」

「A sensação de ficar hospedado neste hotel é como voltar no tempo. Foi um prazer ficar hospedado no Casa dele XVI. Gostaria de ter ficado mais tempo. Muito bem localizado para quem deseja conhecer a Zona Colonial.」
