“We loved the location and the vista from the property. The host was friendly and helpful. It’s a fantastic place!”

“To begin with, the check-in experience was unfortunately very unwelcoming. Despite seeing how exhausted I was from a long night of arduous travel, the receptionist showed me no empathy or sensitivity as a fellow woman. Before I could even settle in or regain my composure, she immediately demanded that I pay the accommodation tax. To make matters worse, this fee was higher than what was stated on the Expedia app (which I only realized after checking out). Because I did not have Euros on me, she……

“Morgan is a terrific host. Property is super cute and well decorated. Good breakfast in the morning.”

“Super accueil !”

“The one thing I did not like was the fact that you had to get out of the car and open the gate every time you went in and out of the property ideally, he would have an electric gate or a button to open the gate”

“Staff”

“I was given the same cover every day and not once was it different or cleaned because the same stain was there every day. Shower is like a cylinder you can barely fit in and move around. Bed was like a rock but I guess that is common in Italy. Bugs were constantly getting into my room. Bit by quite a few mosquitos inside the room. Could not eat in room or a flock of ants would swarm. Worst thing about my stay was the Wi-Fi. Had multiple Wi-Fi extenders through the hotel and only one of……

“Excellent Accommodation. Lovely service.”

“After reading all the reviews my boyfriend and I booked Leano Agriresort hoping it would be a perfect romantic getaway, but unfortunately it was far from it. The entire place was very outdated and unmaintained. Beautiful views and surroundings but the hotel gave us a headache with the overwhelming smell of perfume and diffusers. The room had a bathtub and a toilet in the middle of the room. No door or privacy (definitely not the romantic getaway we were hoping for). One window was coming off of……

“Lovely pool & outside area. Plenty of sunbeds, staff/lifeguards on duty. Lots of free parking. Standard continental breakfast but plentiful. Rooms big & comfortable beds. Not that near shops/restaurants. Car needed to get around. 20 mins walk down a track road (pitch black at night) to nearest restaurant. Couldn't get taxi back late at night. Onside restaurant menu not much choice or food not to our taste (for our daughter especially) Same menu at daytime poolside bar. They could easily do……

“The best thing about the stay was Luana. She was helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. The heating unit did not heat the room sufficiently and the floors were way too cold. Rugs would have helped. It would also be helpful to have separate heating in the bathroom along with hotter water for the shower.”

“The apartment location was 4 star. Parking was 5 star. Host and her services was 5 star. Wifi was 3 star. Room didn’t have window to get sunlight or it was hidden behind the single bed and wasn’t easily accessible. Breakfast was ok.”
