Lovely apartment with great pool

Thanks for a great stay in a lovely apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a large balcony. The pool was a particular highlight: large, clean, with lovely view over the hills, and we usually had it to ourselves. The host was very friendly and accommodating and helped us with checkin. Thanks!

The apartment is very nice with lots of space for 5 people. It has a nice balcony for having dinner in the evening. The location is great with only a very short walk to the beach. The apartment has a nice pool that is as big as it looks on the pictures.Gisela, the owner of the apartment, is super friendly and always helped when we had questions. I would love to come again.

Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment

A lovely apartment - very spacious, clean and comfortable, just minutes from the lovely beach at Tamariu. In a nice complex, quiet at night, with a very lovely pool - just right for when the beach was too crowded or a long day sightseeing. Grounds are kept beautifully and Tamariu is very nice indeed - if little price to eat out in. So, we ate in a lot at the apartment and it was very well equipped and the balcony was lovely to sit on to eat the food overlooking the lush pine forest. Gisela was very welcoming and lovely and very professional. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay in such a beautiful part of Spain - very green and lush and sea was beautiful. xxx

solide Unterkunft in Tamariu, fußläufig zum Strand mit Terasse, schönem Schwimmbad und Tennisplatz

Für Familie bzw 5 Einzelpersonen gut geeignete Unterkunft, 5min zu Fuß zum Strand, Supermarkt... schön: wenig besuchter Pool, Tennisplatz in der Anlage, schöne Terasse mit Blick ins Grüne bzw. Campingplatz Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles da (Spül-, Waschmaschine). 2 Ventilatoren für die Hitze im August da (ein dritter wäre noch besser), ein Mini-Parkplatz ist in der Tiefgarage (nur für Kleinwagen), wir fanden aber einen Ersatzplatz, öff. Parkplatz 200m weg. Ein schöner Standort, unkomplizierte Abwicklung und guter Kontakt mit Gisela

Très bon emplacement

Logement propre à l’équipement suffisant (sauf peut-être au niveau de la cuisine) et équipé de la fibre, dans une résidence calme avec piscine et tennis. Une place de parking couvert fort appréciable et un emplacement permettant de tout faire à pied à Tamariu. Mme Gisela Borras, la logeuse est très sympathique. Nous recommandons !

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, toller Pool. Kein 4-Sterne Hotel, aber alles da, was man braucht. Bei der unkomplizierten und gut erreichbaren Vermieterin sollte genau darauf hingewiesen werden, wie viele Bettwäsche-Sets man braucht.

Location, Location, Location

Great family home near the beach and restaurants. Tamariu is a wonderful little beach community and perfect for families at all stages. The bedding and towels could be refreshed. The parking spot is too small and at an angle that makes it impossible to park even a small compact car. We found parking on the street. Overall, the listing and pictures are accurate. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, family-oriented getaway. Gisel and her son were very responsive as well.

Estancia en Apartamento en Tamariu

Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en Tamariu. El apartamento está localizado en una zona muy bonita (Tamariu) a poca distancia andanadode la cala. Hay otras calas preciosas cerca accesibles con coche. Respecto al apartamento está muy bien equipado y es agradable. En nuestro caso llegamos más tarde de lo previsto inicialmente y el propietario se esperó amablemente a que llegásemos, lo que agradecimos. Pensando en algún punto a mejorar, sería mejor tener dos juegos de llaves, especialmente pensando en que para acceder a la piscina se necesitan las llaves.

Decepcionante

Elijamos este alojamiento por los comentarios y instalaciones, el piso no estaba muy limpio, el cubo de la basura y las bayetas hacían muy mala olor, habían bebidas en la nevera de los huéspedes anteriores y las toallas no podían ser más viejas, secas y pequeñas. La plaza de parking es minúscula, el piso no tenía wifi ni tv de cable como indica el anuncio, se estropeó la cisterna del baño principal y después de mandar un mensaje a los propietarios y no contestar al día siguiente llamamos y llamaron al seguro del piso y les dieron nuestro teléfono a los del seguro para que nosotros quedáramos con ellos para solucionar el problema, y luego ni hicieron seguimiento de si se había solucionado. La puerta de la entrada al piso estaba medio rota... en fin decepcionante con el precio que cobran No volveremos, la piscina y ubicación lo mejor de todo.

Lovely spacious apartment

We had a lovely stay at Gisela's apartment. It was spacious, clean and well equipped (although a fan for each bedroom would have been appreciated on the very warm evenings!) The swimming pool is fantastic with a large shallow area - our two young children loved it. The terrace gets the evening sun. The check-in process was straightforward and Gisela was very flexible. We did have a had a problem with the hot water and the geyser needed replacing however Gisela arranged for a plumber to come out and fix it the next day. The area is lovely and not too far from the beach (although it took a little longer to get up the hill with two young children in tow!) One thing to note is that we were unable to use the parking space as it was too small for our car (Renault Megane estate). We could car into the space but it was very tight and we couldn't open the door to get out of the car. And unless the space opposite was empty, we were unable to move the car out of the space. So we ended up parking in the public car park below the apartment, or on the street. This was only really problem at weekends when Tamariu gets very busy. Overall a lovely, spacious apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great location, quiet and just a few mins from the beach. Great pool with lovely views over the hills. Only had one good fan (the Rowenta) but needs two when nights are so hot. We did not sleep comfortably. Hence 4 stars and not 5.

Spacious apartment close to the beach

The apartment is homely and traditionally-furnished, with a pleasant balcony. It has all you need for a simple beach holiday, and the pool and tennis court are nice to have available too. Tamariu is lovely, even in busy August, and there are interesting places to visit - Palafrugell Sunday market, Llafranc and Peratallada were all great.

cumple con lo esperado

El apartamento estaba en muy bien estado, muy acorde con las fotos. Está no muy lejos de la playa y es una suerte que disponga de parking, en temporada alta. la piscina realmente muy bien, lo mejor del conjunto. La recepción con la dueña fue lo peor de la experiencia. Habíamos quedado que llegaríamos a las 12, la llamamos y no tenía el teléfono conectado. Un domingo de agosto a las 12 del mediodía, viajando con un bebé, no es un gran comienzo. Llamamos a Homeaway que la contactaron a otro número y entramos al apartamento hora y media después de lo previsto. Las toallas (de los huéspedes anteriores) todavía estaban mojadas. Tuvimos que reclamar la fianza más de una semana después puesto que nos dijo que creía que el pago se realizaba de forma automática. El apartamento muy bien pero muy poca seriedad la propiedad. Ni que lo regalara. No repetiremos.

Bel appartement propre et suffisamment spacieux, la terrasse est un plus. Nous avons aussi bien apprécié la piscine et le cours de tennis accessible dans la résidence. Tamariu est une jolie station balnéaire. Ne pas hésitez à faire quelques kilomètre en voiture ou partir en randonnée pour sortir des sentiers battus. Excellent Apartment in an excellent location with great owner

The apartment is set in a quiet location a few minutes walk from Tamariu and its beach. It had everything that we needed amenity wise both inside and out. The swimming pool in particular was excellent (for children and adults) and never crowded at all. Although we did not use it the tennis court looked to be good and was readily available. Gisela (the owner) and her son met us both on arrival and departure and are really great, friendly people. They helped with the luggage and there was no issue or chasing for return of the damage deposit. All in all we had a great holiday and would have no hesitation in returning to Tamariu and to this apartment.

PRECIOSO APARTAMENTO EN TAMARIU, AMPLIO

¡¡¡¡¡GRACIAS GISELA!!!! Un apartamento Amplio, con muchas habitaciones, instalaciones perfectas, pista de tenis, piscina, parking subterraneo. Solo cinco minutos andando de la playa, mas tranquilo. Tamariu es un pueblo lleno de restaurantes y bares muy animado y tranquilo ideal para descansar en cualquier epoca del año. La dueña del apartamento nos recibio personalmente dandonos todas las explicaciones sobre el funcionamiento del apartamento, encantadora y muy simpatica. Sin lugar a dudas volveremos y lo recomendaremos a nuestras amistades. Pedro, Laura y Pere
