"A beautiful place nestled in the mountains, set in a charming, beautifully restored village. Its location is also ideal, roughly halfway between Elafonissi Beach and the Balos Lagoon, making it a great base for exploring both. Our room was a wonderful cottage, full of character and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. "Wonderful hotel with great staff! The breakfast was excellent with many options. The room was super clean with a staff member (I think her name was Maria) making an extra effort to cheer us every day leaving some cute figures in the forms of animals made of towels in our room. Highly recommend!"

"Very nice apartment, comfortable and clean, with an excellent location right opposite the (only) sandy beach. All staff, including not just the owners but even the cleaners, were friendly and welcoming. Slightly more expensive than some alternatives, which reflects the location, but two factors make it excellent value: it has its own sunbeds on the beach which are free to guests. When you consider that other providers charge around 30 euros a day for a set of 2 beach beds with umbrella, this offers serious value. From these sunbeds you can order food and drink delivered to your seat from the best restaurant on the beach (in my opinion). Secondly, the wifi is quick and reliable. Based on 3 previous stays in Paleochora this is by no means guaranteed in alternative properties."

"Excellent property and staff. Well-constructed property and comfortable, well furnished rooms. Oceanfront rooms have unobstructed views of the best beach in the area with the property directly across the street from the beach. The street has little traffic / road noise (not a concern). Quick (< 5 minute) walk to main shopping area and restaurants, but a world away from the hustle and bustle. Better than average included breakfast buffet. Use of well-padded, comfortable beach loungers and palapas included with stay with an adequate number available to avoid the “6 a.m towel game”. Off-street parking provided. Overall, attention to detail and service provided is exceptional for a family-owned property. Will be my go-to property when visiting the area."
