"Very clean rooms with a perfect view. Bathroom is excellent with a true and good shower (No bathtub/shower). The room itself may need a little refresh as, although clean, is a little tired. Furniture, doors and deco are old and have seen better days. Servi-bar is full with soft drinks and few snacks. Doble windows insure good noise and temp insulation. AC is again, a little tired and old."

"We had a lovely time in Simona's villa at the heights of Menton. There is a splendid view of the sea and Cap Martin from the terrace and the perfect pool. We really enjoyed the fact that there is no one overlooking the property and the large grounds. The rooms are spacious and there is also a safe off road carpark. The walk to town is about 10-15 minutes on a steep but well maintain and lit path. We never used the car during our stay, but got a lot of exercise...The villa is in a quiet area but not isolated and we felt very safe.We had our meals in the villa on the very big terrace around the huge table with seatings for more than 10 people and a nice addition is the nicely tuned piano. We can really recommend this villa and would love to come back.Patrik and family"
