Great property nr Perpignan

Lovely clean 3 bed property at end of quiet, private drive. Palau del Vidre well appointed for a village. Loads to do and see in the area. Well recommended!

Avis sur notre séjour

Un séjour agréable, néanmoins l’emplacement de la maison était quelque peu embêtant car il n’y avait pas beaucoup d’activités à proximité, la piscine n’était pas bien entretenue et aucune instruction a été donné et les demande concernant la maintenance de la piscine n’ont pas été prise en compte, faire aussi attention au nid de guêpe sur la terrasses( vraiment embêtant ), les photos ne sont pas fiables. Dans l’ensemble notre séjour était bien mais la maison nous a un peu limité.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit pool

Wir (2 Erw + 16j Kind) hatten wunderbare Tage in dem sehr gepflegten und toll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Sehr genossen haben wir die ruhige Lage, die überdachte Terrasse und den Pool. Aber auch im Haus ist es gemütlich und sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch der Service von Luc vor Ort ist toll und er ist jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Perfektes Haus mit Pool, hundefreundlich!

Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen, der Pool ist ausreichend groß, alles ist sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist komplett mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und auch die Küchenausstattung ist außergewöhnlich gut. Es sind nur Hand- und Badetücher mitzubringen. Die Matratzen sind perfekt, der uneinsehbare Garten ist rundum sicher eingezäunt. Der Pool hat eine Abdeckung und somit sicher. Alles war sehr sauber, perfekte ruhige Lage, zum Strand, cote vermeille, etwa 12 Minuten mit dem Auto. Eine kleine Oase. Die Vermieter wie auch der „Haushüter vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, daher unseres Erachtens alles in allem perfekt! Bei großer Hitze dürfte evt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer hilfreich sein sein, gleichwohl insgesamt: sehr gut!!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Palau-Del-Vidre, la maison est très propre et super bien équipé. Nous avons été super bien accueilli par Sandrine qui nous a remis les clés. Les propriétaires sont de très bonne personnes sur qui nous avons pu compter au moindre problème. La piscine est très agréable, les enfants se sont bien amusé. Nous sommes repartis avec pleins de bons souvenirs. Merci beaucoup.

Eine nette Zeit vor Ort

Wir (2 Erw.) können uns an die Beurteilungen und Meinungen der anderen Besucher, über das oben angebotene Mietobjekt, nur anschließen. Die Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen. Eine Außendusche wäre noch von Vorteil. Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief, dank Übersetzungsprogram 😉, angenehm und problemlos. Wir haben eine kurze, jedoch erholsame Woche im Objekt genossen.

Very enjoyable!

Had a lovely time here. House is great and has everything you need, (heated) pool is a big plus especially for the kids. Garden is fenced off which was great for the dog who could just stroll around. Location is fabulous, very quiet but you walk into the village in less than 10 minutes to get your breakfast. Lots to do nearby too, beach, Perpignan, Carcassone, Spain. We will come back when we get the chance!

Une super semaine !

La maison est dans un endroit très calme avec une superbe piscine sans vis à vis, très appréciable. Très propre et très bien équipé, situé pas loin des plages et à l’écart du bruit de la ville. Nous avons vraiment tous adoré la maison et nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Très bon séjour

La villa est totalement conforme à l’annonce. Très belle piscine. La gérante sur place et les propriétaires sont très réactifs. Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine dans cette superbe villa.

2 superbes semaines passées bien trop vite ! Nous avons passer une superbe semaine dans la maison de Martine et Jean, Sandrine nous a super bien accueillis et la maison était très très propre, il y a tout le confort, la maison est très bien équipé et ne manque de rien, la piscine est vraiment agréable. La maison est placé dans un endroit calme et le peu de personnes qu'ont a croisé dans l'impasse étaient tous souriant et chaleureux, c'est vraiment un endroit ou il fait bon vivre. Merci à Martine et Jean de nous avoir loué leur bien et pour l'apéritif de bienvenue. Merci Merci.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé trois semaines dans cette sublime maison. Nous avons été reçu dans une maison propre, bien entretenue où il ne manque rien. Le jardin est très agréable et vous permet d’être aussi bien au soleil qu’à l’ombre. La piscine au top juste a la bonne température . Idéalement situé dans un endroit calme mais proche de tout. Le centre-ville permet de se dépanner mais les grands centres commerciaux sont à 10 minutes en voitures et la plage à 15 minutes. Je recommande vivement cette location

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cette maison. Jean et Martine ont été à l ecoute de nos interrogations et demandes. Sur place la maison est très agréable, dans les terres à 15 minutes de la plage mais la piscine est très agréable. Je recommande vivement la maison et garde l'adresse.
