The apartment is part of a two-level villa.
Internally it consists of three bedrooms, two doubles and a children's bedroom with bunk beds, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen and living room with TV.
Externally there is a patio with table and chairs, a shower with hot water and a garden of 400 square meters made with Sardinian walls.
The villa is located 80 meters from the beach of Saline (Gulf of Saline), easily reached on foot, to report the Mali Beach Club that offers catering services in addition to the possibility of renting sunbeds.
The apartment is located 3 km from Palau near the famous Maddalena archipelago and about 45 minutes drive from Olbia.
