Maison spacieuse très bien conçue. On n'a jamais eu trop chaud. Cuisine res bien équipée. Quartier très tranquille. Tout prés de la plage. Près du centre-ville. Très bonnes vacances !

This property is a well organized neat place to rent , you will feel like home in a sense that if you need or think of anything , you find it there. It’s close to the beach and both the property owner and manger are very nice.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour passé dans cette maison qui est bien agréable (bien équipée, meublée avec goût, jardin). La location étant bien située, nous avons pu rayonner dans la région. Brigitte est réactive et disponible. Elle nous a donné rapidement toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man zum Meer spaziert. Läden des täglichen Bedarfs in Nähe. Leider passt nicht alles bei der Objektbeschreibung, da zum Beispiel die Fahrräder nicht kostenlos benutzt werden dürfen. Vermieterin und Online Agentur schieben die Verantwortung gegenseitig von sich. Das ist schade, da wir noch keine Einigung erzielt haben. Man könnte auch für günstiger ein Haus mieten und selbst Räder ausleihen, so wären sie aber schon vor Ort gewesen und man hätte sich das drum herum gespart. Als Tipp: genau hinschauen beim Objekt bzw. Check in z.B. die Gartenstühle oder Staubsauger waren teils kaputt.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im August 2021 im Urlaub im Ferienhaus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Zusammenfassend waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft lag nahe am Strand, ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Das Parkplatz-Problem ist dort bekannt. Die Garage ist nicht für die Urlauber vorgesehen. Man muss draußen parken, die Parkplätze sind leider oft alle besetzt. Wir haben daher manche Ausflüge nicht gemacht, um das Auto auf einem erkämpften Parkplatz stehen zu lassen. Trotzdem war es eine schöne Zeit und auch eine tolle Unterkunft, und wir empfehlen sie gerne weiter. Danke für die Zeit, Familie Schmidt.

Maison agréable, très fonctionnelle et proche de la plage. Il faut compter 10 minutes de marche pour se retrouver sur les quais de Palavas, là où la vie s'anime le plus. Cette maison proche de tout est situé au calme, ce qui pour nous était indispensable pour passer des nuits paisibles. La personne qui s'occupe d'accueillir les vacanciers, Lory, est très gentille et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Brigitte a toujours répondu présente aussi lorsque j'avais des questions concernant la location. Petit bémol : les vélos cités dans l'annonce ne sont plus disponibles.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances (la mer à proximité est point positif) ,résidence calme,maison bien équipée,l'eau du jacuzzi devrait être changée plus souvent. Pour le linge de toilette, une serviette pour deux semaines, c'est un peu juste.

La maison est parfaite, tres fonctionnelle, bien placée, au calme, proche de la mer et du centre de Palavas les Flots. L’équipement est très bien, plein de petits détails qui donne l’impression d’etre chez soi et non dans une location impersonnelle. La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables. Le spa est délicieux.... Merci beaucoup pour cette location et les informations données avant le séjour. L’accueil était très sympathique.

Depuis une dizaine d'années nous louons des maisons dans ce secteur et celle de Brigitte est dans le top 2 ou 3 sans contestation possible. Bien sûr la plage à 5 mn à pieds, le centre ville à15 mn à pieds... Une maison très agréable à vivre avec une vraie climatisation et un extérieur exceptionnel avec entre autres une tonnelle bioclimatique permettant de profiter pleinement du jardin... A tester pour se faire plaisir!

La maison est tres bien siruee, 5 minutes a pied de la plage, plage de sable tres agreable et petite crique bien protegee, les enfants peuvent se baigner en toute securite. Il y a aussi une boulangerie, une epicerie et une boucherie a 10 minutes a pied. La maison est tres confortable grace a la climatisation, tres appreciee quand il y a 30 degres et plus a l exterieur. La cuisine est tres bien equipee, rien ne manque. Frigidaire et congelateur de tres bonne taille. La petite cour est egalement tres bien amenagee et totalement securisee pour des enfants. L accueil est chaleureux et Emma est disponible si nécessaire et sa soeur est charmante. Maison et lieu de vacançes ideal pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants.

Agréable séjour dans une maison sympa dans laquelle on se sent bien. Maison très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire, il ne manque vraiment rien . Très bon accueil d'Emma qui s'occupe de la maison . Le petit plus , lits fait a notre arrivée. Maison conforme au descriptif et aucune surprise. Location a recommander sans problème.
