“Unfortunately I only had the chance to spend 1 night here, but really loved the central location and room. The owner Roberta was very helpful prior to my arrival to send me photos of the building door, and the entrance to the Heritage Collection rooms so that I was easily able to find my room. I was in Europe for 2 weeks and this place had the most comfortable bedding and pillows of all the places I stayed. The rooms were all tastefully remodeled over the past few years, keeping the character of……Aaron

“Loved our stay at Ballarooms Experience.
The B&B was in a very central position close to Ballaro market and was very comfortable- we even had a sauna in our room!
Mariella served a lovely breakfast in her other B&B 5 minutes walk from where we were staying.”

“Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”Katya

“パレルモ大聖堂の目の前の路地にあるため、観光客向けのお店（ショップや飲食店）も近くに多く、観光にはもってこいの立地でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで、とても良かったです。”

“Beautiful and clean room with everything you need (espresso machines, cooking utensils). Clear checkin instruction and communication from the host. A bit noisy as it’s on the main street but easily solved with earplugs. ”Yu Chieh

“Uniquely charming old Palazzo ideally located within a few minutes walk of many Palermo attractions. Small common area is just outside the rooms, a good place to enjoy tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits, and to meet other guests. Good restaurant suggestions. Room quiet despite busy neighborhood. Older or less able guests need to know that access is possible only via outside staircase, expect no help with bags.”Philip

“The room size and cleanness is good. Original I stayed at a room which is on the first floor, facing the road side. I cannot even sleep for the whole night as the traffic outside woke me up every 15 mins. It is a terrible time. Luckily, the helpful staff moved me to another room which is quiet. I think that room should not serve guest anymore as it is not possible to sleep with such a noice traffic outside. ”

“Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate.
Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. ”CHUNHIM
